Lied is overflowing and killing animals that cannot be placed, the RJ sells animals, Craigslist sells animals, pet stores, breeders, and Petfinder.com has nearly 200,000 dogs available, to name a few. People, wake up and stand up and look deeper. This ordinance was bought by Broadacres/Newport Diversified Inc to make money that is why. It not only has nothing to do with taking care of animals, it has exactly the opposite effect. Do not let them tell you how long and hard they worked on the language so they can regulate this horrific practice; we would legalize heroin if that were the case.
